Fundamentals of Nursing, Vital Simulation technology, 3-G high Fidelity simulation, implementing innovative teaching strategies that promote clinical competency, critical thinking, and clinical reasoning in preparation for nursing practice in complex healthcare environments. Developing simulation scenarios with heightened realism using evidence-based practice and up to date standards of care to meet the skill level needs of the nursing students.
